I never had such a fun community day here in my neighborhood! So grateful for the opportunity to do this which was made possible by the Queens Council on the Arts with public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, in partnership with the City Council. And many thanks to all who joined this event!</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(38, 38, 38)">Now I&rsquo;m going to install an art installation &ldquo;Tree, Temple, and My Scarf&rdquo; by sewing all those scarfs together and wrap a tree and a pyramid sculpture to create a dialogue about humans and nature, the spiritual and mundane world, and industrial and ecological structure. Participants (individuals or teams are welcome) are encouraged to submit works made before the pandemic period and works made during the pandemic period. The virtual exhibition will focus on the processes that expose the artists&rsquo; transition from pre-pandemic through the lockdown and beyond.<br /><strong>&#8203;</strong><br /><strong>About this Exhibition:</strong> The organization of this exhibition unfolds alphabetically by the name of the artists selected.
